He is currently a high school student and an active member of his school's soccer team. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and continuing to grow both on and off the field.
Dana C., M.S., PA-LBS
Dana is a licensed behavior consultant specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Social Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University.
She brings experience from a range of settings, including hospitals such as the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), as well as schools, clinics, and in-home environments, supporting children and adolescents with sensory needs, anxiety, neurodivergence, and extensive trauma histories. Her approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on building comfort and trust.
During the day, Dana works full-time as an Administrative Director for a local ABA agency, where she supports program development, staff training, and clinical operations.
At Cimino’s, she provides consultation, staff training, and, upon request, support during haircuts to help create a comfortable, sensory-friendly experience. Her passion for inclusion and dedication to supporting both families and staff make her a valued part of the Cimino’s team.
Note: We’re pleased to share that Dana has returned from maternity leave. Dana’s consultative services are available upon request of families and, subject to scheduling availability, she may provide direct support during sensory-friendly haircut appointments offered on evenings and weekends. Dana’s presence is not guaranteed for appointments scheduled outside of these times. For sensory-friendly appointments without Dana’s direct involvement, our barbers—who are trained in accommodating and supporting neurodivergent children—will continue to provide a welcoming, sensory-aware experience. Families are encouraged to schedule sensory-friendly haircuts toward the end of the business day for optimal comfort. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our team.
